Integrity Professional Services (IPS) formerly Interstate Protective Services, has provided high quality armed and unarmed security services to over 500 businesses and public agencies in the Greater Seattle Area since 1992. Originally started by Gerald Baker a
retired Seattle Police Officer. IPS has received various awards, including being nominated for 2008 Small Business Association Family-Owned Business of the Year Award. Our management team has over 100 years of combined security experience. We are certain that our
staff has the proven expertise to provide above and beyond services.
IPS is the largest minority security firm in the Greater Seattle Area with a very diverse work force. IPS offers a wide range of services to our clients providing them with exceptional security officers. Our officers are thoroughly trained thru a training
program that far exceeds the state requirements. We focus on hiring officers with experience in the security field or military experience. Qualified applicants must pass an extensive background check and drug screening process. It is because of our experience,
training, and recruitment practice which allow us the flexibility to meet all of our client’s expectations, as well as having the capability to respond to any emergency with prompt and adequate coverage.
IPS has the capacity to provide security services to a variety of work sites and offers a number of services based on the client’s needs. The areas we provide service are commercial, industrial, residential properties, public and private companies and agencies.
Some of our current clients include the Port of Seattle, Seattle Housing Authority, Urban League of Seattle, Sound Transit , and Kindred Health Care Facility. By having a core of skilled full-time officers and a large pool of skilled part-time and on-call security
officers, IPS has the capability to expand service to a client at any given time.
